Compatibility
Does CustomChartTrader work with NinjaTrader 8?
Yes. CustomChartTrader is built as a NinjaTrader 8 Strategy with WPF controls and chart-side rendering.
Is this an indicator or a strategy?
It is a NinjaTrader Strategy, not a simple indicator. That matters because the panel can connect trading controls, order logic, and chart rendering inside one NT8 workflow.
Does it require a separate desktop app?
No separate desktop app is planned for the core trading panel. The website and account portal are separate, but the trading panel runs inside NinjaTrader 8.
Trading behavior
Does it place live orders?
The NinjaTrader client is designed for order-entry workflows. Traders are responsible for using the tool correctly in sim or live accounts.
What trading tools are included first?
The first sellable story centers on position sizing, risk/reward preview, entry planning, stop/target planning, close partial, break even, flatten, and cancel controls.
Are ATM templates included?
ATM planning is on the roadmap. It should be treated as planned until the implementation is complete and tested.
License and activation
How will activation work?
The final license and installation process will be published before checkout opens. Activation and download delivery are not currently being sold as live functionality.
Can a license move to another machine?
Machine-transfer support is not part of the currently published offer. Any included license-transfer terms will be stated before sales open.
Will there be a trial or free tier?
The initial offer is planned as one one-time purchase only. No recurring subscription or free tier is part of the first published offer.
